Shipping within Germany

For deliveries within Germany, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 3.80 net or EUR 4.52 including 19% VAT per order.

Orders are normally ready for dispatch within 3 to 5 working days after receipt of payment for advance payments or after order confirmation where payment by invoice has been agreed. The usual transit time within Germany is an additional 1 to 3 working days.

Worldwide shipping on request

Delivery outside Germany is generally available worldwide on request. International shipping costs start at EUR 10.00 net and are quoted individually depending on destination country, weight and volume.

International dispatch will only take place after the specific shipping costs have been communicated and accepted. German domestic shipping rates displayed in the online offer do not apply to deliveries abroad.

Payment methods

Payment is generally made by advance bank transfer.

For known business customers with a delivery address in Germany, payment on open invoice may be offered by individual agreement. There is no entitlement to payment by invoice.

Delivery-time information

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays at the seller's registered place of business. We will notify the customer without delay if delivery is obstructed or the delivery period changes.
