V-block support against rolling
The V-shaped support centers shafts, pipes and other round material. It reduces rolling and makes positioning repeatable.

The utility-model protected system combines safe V-block support, stackable geometry, dovetail connection and fastening options in one reusable module.
Structure
Timber prisms and timber blocks are often used because they are easy to source. In recurring processes they are rarely ideal: inconsistent quality, dirt, splinters, limited reuse and extra adjustment work.
PRIS-X uses a reproducible plastic solution. The V-block support guides round parts, modules can be connected and stacked, and holes plus fastening tabs support transport securing or fixed installation.
Product features
PRIS-X is more than a single wedge. The modules can support round material, connect to each other, stack and be additionally fixed for transport applications.
The V-shaped support centers shafts, pipes and other round material. It reduces rolling and makes positioning repeatable.
The dovetail connection allows PRIS-X modules to form longer storage prisms and to be separated again when needed.
Through-holes and fastening tabs support additional securing with screws, straps or cable ties.
The smooth plastic surface is cleaner than timber, easier to clean and designed for repeated storage and transport use.
The individual module
The decisive difference is the combination of functions. One module can be used individually and stacked. Several modules can be securely interlocked into a longer module string and detached again later. This allows the same stock of modules to be rebuilt in a new environment with more or fewer units.
The openings allow additional securing: supported workpieces can be connected to the modules, and complete blocks of stacked module strings can be tied together. The lower V-cutout enables stacking on underlying workpieces and helps prevent lateral shifting of stacked round-material layers. Together with the smooth, easy-to-clean surface, this creates a reusable system for storage, anti-roll protection and transport securing.
This interaction of stackability, detachable interlocking connection, securing openings, upper and lower V-geometry and clean plastic surface is the key USP of PRIS-X.
Each module can be stacked on its own, which saves space in storage, handling and preparation.
Multiple modules interlock to create a stable module string for short or long components.
The connection is not permanent. Modules can be separated and rebuilt with more or fewer units in another environment.
Openings make it possible to secure supported workpieces and to connect stacked module strings.
The lower V-cutout allows stacking on underlying workpieces and reduces lateral movement of stacked layers.
The smooth plastic surface is easy to clean and more predictable than improvised timber supports.
Technical assessment
The more precisely the round material and process are described, the better the PRIS-X setup can be selected. Photos, dimensions and a short process description are often enough.
Sample testing
For PRIS-X, it is not enough to know whether a diameter fits. The important question is whether the part sits safely, can be removed easily, can be secured during transport and improves everyday handling compared with the existing support.
The test should therefore happen with real parts, existing crates, pallets or workbenches and the people who will use the system later.
Check criteria
The V-block support should center the component and prevent uncontrolled rolling.
Connected modules can adapt the support point to short components or longer rods.
For transport, pallets or crates, through-holes and fastening tabs can be used.
Relevant criteria are cleanliness, reuse, handling, protection and everyday process effort.
